Kave Home is a furniture and decoration brand with more than 35 years’ experience in the sector. It designs, manufactures, and distributes its products in various countries all over the world.
Challenge
Calculate the organisation’s carbon footprint (ISO 14064) to determine Kave Home’s contribution to greenhouse gas emissions to be used as the starting point to draw up a sustainability strategy.
What was done?
In addition to analysing the company’s carbon footprint, taking into account its global operations, the impacts were presented according to the different product families with the aim of prioritising environmental improvement efforts.
Moreover, Kave Home was also supported by constructing a shared vision and roadmap to incorporate the circular economy into the company, increasing its competitiveness, and becoming a benchmark in matters of sustainability.

Conclusions
The project allowed us to find out Kave Home’s starting point in sustainability, identify the trends and the forces of change surrounding the furniture sector, and prioritise the circular lines of action that best align with the company’s vision.
